I offer nutritional support for a wide range of conditions:

There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to good health and wellbeing. By taking a holistic approach and using the principles of Functional Medicine, my aim is to empower you to make good nutritional and lifestyle choices, whereby you may build a greater understanding as to how nutrition may affect your health.  Using evidence based research and applying that knowledge to your unique case I can create a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme that is both workable and practical for you.

As your nutritional therapist I recognise that you are unique, bio-chemically speaking.  Changing food choices and behaviour patterns to make lasting change may seem daunting to begin with. My role is to work with you whilst you develop your understanding around which foods to choose for your health.  Ultimately you can begin to navigate your body to achieve balance, optimal health and wellbeing. 

Nutritional Therapy is never a substitute for medical advice and as your therapist I will always liaise with your GP and refer you back to them, or another healthcare professional, in the case of any ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms.
